Their products achieved the “Top Ten Brand in Ningbo City” and qualified more than ten national patents in China.
In addition, our group company established the sales and service centers in Beijing City, Shanghai City, Guangdong City, and Chengdu City. Many products are exported to Russia, Vietnam, Japan, Germany and Indonesia. • Pipe Lines (PVC, PE, PPR)
MERGAWI knows that at present WPC extrusion line has two ways: one step way and two steps way: one step way mainly used to produce PVC wood plastic product, two steps way mainly used to extrude PP/PE wood plastic product. The screws and barrel is treated by bimetal treatment, wearable and anti-erode, featured in good plasticization, high capacity, energy saving and wood podwer and the other wooden fibre can occupied high quantity as 50-70%. This equipment is an ideal choice for MERGAWI customers who want to product wood tray, indoors and outdoors floor, fences, warehouse plate and outdoors decorative material and so on. After MERGAWI add or replace the different spare part, the line can produce plastic steel profile pinch, plate, window sill, siding plate, corrugated sheets and wpc of floor, fences, door panel, door pocket, lines, etc.
• Profile Lines
MERGAWI provides Exhausting Single Screw Extruder series conical single screw extruder s with appropriate screws, dies and other auxiliaries can directly convert thermoplastic expecialy RPVC powder into Pipe, plate sheet, film and profile, and also Provide function of modifying and Pelletiong.
MERGAWI introduces the extruders drived by D.C motor with a thyristor to stepless regulate also there is the exhausting device which design the extrude. the extruders also equiped with the over-load protection and stoppage alsmingsystem. The screws core and the outside of barrels are cooled by the circulation of oil; their functions include vacuum venting and forced feeding.
• Sheet Stacker, Sheet Cutting Units
MERGAWI offers the stacker receives single sheets from a sheet processing machine. The sheet are transported over by an infeed conveyor that accelerates the sheets to create a gap between the sheets. The infeed conveyor is available in different designs, depending on product (speed and state ofautomation).
MERGAWI keen to get precise length of final products we use a cutting device with encoding control unit. Depending on dimensions of the profile, different solutions are used: cutting knife, cross cutting saw, cross cutting saw with lateral movement and planetary saw (with chamfering feature).
Cutting devices are designed for fully automated extrusion lines.
• Blown Film Lines
According to the market requirements, MERGAWI introduced three-dimensional blow molding machine. The production line can be used for producing profile tubes or pipes with 3D dimensions, such as automotive air ducts, fuel tank filler pipes. The production offers minimum flash production achieving significantly savings in material, energy usages and cycle times. It can also let the products have good strength and other good performances.
An advantage of blown film extrusion over traditional film extrusion is that in the latter there are edges where there can be quality (thickness,..) variations.
